Terms for a thoughtful tool

By using Comma and its online service, you agree to follow applicable law and take responsibility for activity associated with your account. Do not upload audio or personal information you do not have permission to process.

Free, subscriptions and permanent hours

Recording, supported on-device models, history and basic exports are free. New installations receive a one-minute online experience once. Plus, Pro and Ultra are optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions with 5, 12 and 30 cloud hours per month respectively. Annual subscriptions are billed in full and grant hours monthly; unused hours roll over for one month, up to two monthly amounts. Permanent packs contain 1, 5 or 10 hours, never expire and require no subscription. Previously purchased periods and retired packs keep their original terms. Mainland China and international accounts and balances are separate.

The store shows the complete local price before purchase. Cancel renewals, manage your subscription or restore purchases in store settings or the app. No extra packs are purchased automatically. Refunds follow the store’s review process and applicable law.

Service availability

We maintain the clients and recognition service, but availability can change during maintenance, provider incidents or network failures. Quota and product details are shown in the app.
